Personal loan - what a mess

I applied for a personal loan online and got great response to complete the application. i went into the branch with the documents required on 21 August and signed all the paperwork etc.
I contacted Thembi throughout the whole process to ask what i can do to speed up the process. This week i had to go in again and sign everything again, with a lower offer. I was told to just wait, i will get the sms with confirmation of payments shortly. Today, after lots of frustration, i hear that i have to go in again, and sign yet another lower offer. First of all, i did everything required from me. Secondly, they are so keen to make sure that you work, but require you to take huge amounts of time in business hours to come and do the same thing again. now i am hearing all sorts of excuses about faxes not working, my scoring dopping becuase things were not done on time (???) etc etc. I got this loan to buy an old car to do a project. the car i wanted to buy has already been sold. i had to hire a car at great cost to do the project in the meantime. and now the new "offer" is so small it wont even cover my costs. i refuse to go to that branch again, and will move to another bank asap!!!
