I went to Nedbank yesterday to process my loan that was pre-approved telephonically, the consultant that helped me was great&gave me all the information I needed, she advised me I could go to any branch&do the paper work, yesterday I especially took off work to process this loan. On arrival@4pm we were greeted by a gentlemen that asked us to take a seat&we will be helped shortly, after waiting10minutes we asked if there was only one consultant on duty, he responded yes, all the others are on BREAK at 4pm in the afternoon and will only return at 4.30 when the branch [email protected] was a que of people in front of us, as we watched people walking in&out annoyed because there was nobody to help them we at 4.40eventually left with no sight of this other consultant to help us. I have been told I only have 5days to get to a branch&approve this loan. I would like to know how you expect me to take another afternoon to take off work to go&process this, How can I guarantee if I do take another afternoon that they will not be on break again at this time again taking into consideration the consultants do not make appointments. How can Nedbank offer a service till 5pm&not have anyone to assist
