Loan Application Process Failure

I applied for a loan online, a Consultant named Romeo was very efficient in processing the application. I was told what documentation is required, these were all submitted to the Melrose Arch Nedbank Branch - which was submitted and received on the 6/11/13 at 15:25 pm and 15:50pm - But according to a very abrupt Philasande, the documents were received but KYC was missing - YET STAMPED BANK statements were submitted as well.
