Horrible service

On the 30 th of August I applied for a nedbank personal loan online.i was pre approved spoke to a consultant who did a telephonic contract with me and then was told to take the required documents to my nearest branch so that the loan is processed and the Money transferred to me. I did as was requested and gave in all my documents as well as signed the loan agreement.i work in the automotive industry and we were under going strike action therefore Nedbank could not get a hold of my company's hr. when I was able to get through hr and i got a letter confirming employment and sent this to the consultant. Now I have had my application declined due to them not being unable to confirm employment this after having giving them the signed letter and told must try again next month again as they can't get a hold of my HR. makes no sense to me. Asked the consultant to try again for me and she said she can't and that it was her final attempt and she can't do anything else phone the call centre. When I called the call centre they said to call the consultant at the bank. I am frustrated having being offered the loan by absa and standard bank but choosing nedbank has proven to be a wrong decision!
