Bad Service received from Alexander Forbes

I am so disappointed from service I am receiving from Alexander Forbes. I expected good customer service from such a big company but I am receiving nothing but pathetic service of its kind. I needed an update about my claim sent to Alexander Forbes 2 months ago of which it has not been paid out. I am getting excuses everytime I call their Call Centre. I got a message 3 weeks ago that my claim payment was rejected due to bank verification process. I immediately called them back to find out what is the problem. They ask me me to send them my bank Statement & copy of my ID, of which I sent them same day. I called them the following week to check the update. to my surprised they claim to have not received my fax. I forwarded them the details of the fax & they eventually told me they got them. I should get my pay out within 3 -5 working days. Till today no payment. They even refused me to speak to the Manager. All they do is to read me comments made by the previous Consultant I called without resolving my query. They all make promises that someone Senior will call me back, to my surprise I have never received any Call for the past 3 weeks I am calling their Call Centre.
