The poor service I have received has come as I surprise I was not expecting it. Alexander Forbes is unable to process my claim from my fund. The reason is tax directive declined. I have contacted Sars and they have no record of this and they requested proof of the tax directive application, Alexander forbes claims they cannot provide me with proof because they send the application via "their system." As things stand I have had poor communication and feedback from Alexander forbes, I have had to make several follow up calls and investigate what is going.

It would go a long if someone at Alexander forbes would come to the table and say this is the problem this is what needs to be done to resolve it. Sars is correct to ask for proof and Alexander forbes is very wrong for refusing to provide me with the proof of the tax directive application. I'm very disappointed as I previously held the company in high regard.
