All talk but no service delivery

I resigned from Netcare, and was inittialy very pleased to hear from Alexander Forbes after just 2 weeks of leaving, where they confirmed they received my claim. A week later, however I received an e-mail stating my bank details could not be verified. After sending all the documentation they required from me, I was told that my claim would be processed in 3-5 days. Two weeks later, and still I have not received my monies. For the past 2 weeks, Alexander Forbes has not once contacted me, to provide feedback. First I was told the payment request was put in on the 29th, and would receive payment within 48hrs, nothing happend. Friday I was told I would have my funds by end of business and due to Alexander Forbes also being with Std Bank, the money would reflect immediately. NOTHING!!! Today I phoned again, and was told payment was put in on the 31st??? Requested to speak to superviser, and was cut off. In the afternoon, I phoned again, the supervisor is not availalbe, but a request was sent in on why monies has not yet been paid. I requested feedback, needless to say NOBODY gave me feedback, and I still did not get my money, as yet again promised. VERY dissappointed!
