Delaying claim and no feedback

My previous employer had given my withdrwaw notification to Alexander Forbes on the 19th of February and my last day of work was the 25th of Feb 2013. I was informed by Alexander Forbes that my claim would take between 4 and 6 weeks to pay out. I called their call centre in the 3rd week of March and was told that my forms were received and that I will receive an sms by the 20th of March as to how far my claim is. I received nothing. I called them again on the 28th of March to follow up. I was then told that they would finalise my claim the followimg week. When I called this morning to find out how far my claim is, I wasb told by the call centre that it has not even been processed yet. I was told that they would send through another request. I am so fed up at this point because no one getsb back to me and when I phone I am told the same rubbish as before. I find this is unacceptable service.
