POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have retired from my organisation and my funds were transfered to Alexander forbes for payout. I was told that my funds will be out in 6 working days. After a week they send an sms stating that my claim was declined at SARS. I went to SARS office and they told me that everything is ok. I phoned back Alexander Forbes and it told me to wait for another week. After a week, I phoned them and they told me the same story about SARS. I go back Sars and they gave me a confirmation letter stating that my SARS detail are ok. I faxed the letter to Alaxender Forbes and they told me that they will process my claim and l should check for the otcome after a week. After a week they sent me an sms stating that my bank detais are different with the one in their system. I requested a letter from my bank and l forward it to them. They told me to wait for one week for verification, I waited and phoned after a week. The person whom l spoke to told me that the administrator rejected the claim but she could not find any reasons why the administrator did that as all the details where correct. I was told to check after two weeks, but its the same story. I have to spend about R60 to make a call.
