Very upsetting bad service

On the 10th April I called Alexander Forbes to find out the progress on my funds I claimed since I resigned from Dimension Data and I Spoke to Cornelius Neil. I Noticed that my surname was wrong. It was Mbhele-hadebe instead of the correct one which is Hadebe-Mbhele. I told Cornelius this and he said this is going to cause problems and delay the payout of my money unless I send him a copy of my I'd immediately so that he can correct the surname for me. I went out of my way to send him my I'd, which I did minutes after I spoke to him and he confirmed that he has received it at 15:29 . I also Spoke to Dimension Data Human Resorces who confirmed with me the information sent to Alexander Forbes was correct Surname. I did bring this to Cornelius 's attension same day and asked him to make corrections.

And then yesterday day I receve the following sms "P Mbhele-Hadebe, your payment has been rejected due to an automated bank validation process. Please call Alexander Forbes on 086 010 0333" what kind of a nonsense is this? Why is Alexander Forbes still calling me by a wrong Surname? Why was this not fixed the 1st time cos u said you will fix it? Now you are inconviniencing me
