I spend the whole afternoon on the phone to Alexander Forbes to query something on a Accidental Death and Disability Plan that I have with them. They could not find me on their system neither could any of the 6 consultants that I spoke to give me any information on my policy (even after I gave them the Policy Number). The last consultant promises to phone me back, but several hours later, no reply.
If this is the level of service from Alexander Forbes while I still live, I hate to think what will happen if I die and my beneficiaries need to claim.
I am considering cancelling my policy.
