I ordered two duvet covers on [URL Removed] A website that runs specials on various items for one day only. When opening the package, I by mistake damaged the one duvet cover with scissors due to it being packaged badly. Only thin plastic protecting the item. The second duvet cover had a black mark on it. When I emailed to inform them, I got a phone call within the hour offering to replace both duvet covers (even though the one was partly my fault). This is the best customer service I have ever received and greatly appreciate the extra effort. Expected the one with the mark to be replaced but not both! Thank you!
