Two of the press studs on my duvet cover became defective. They couldn't replace the duvet at the store since it was out of stock at all the Pretoria stores. They offered a different duvet instead. However, I really liked the one I had and asked if they could make a plan. The company send a courier to pick it up from me, and from what I can gather they had a new one made. I received a brand new duvet 10 days later!
