Cresta only had one duvet cover set left of a design I wanted, I bought the one set. I went on to their internet site, which is great, to see which other branches have this duvet cover set in stock. I then phoned Cresta store and spoke to Charles, asked him if they could get me another set from another branch as I did not want to drive far. He phoned me within a few days to inform me that they got what I wanted. When I arrived to purchase this, they informed me that they in fact obtained two of these sets, just for in case. They were so friendly and helpful!
