Both my Husband and I entered the Maynards Sweet competition, managed by TLC Marketing. I have been dealing with a very helpful and competent person Kgomotso. Unfortunately he has left the employ of TLC and my file/s were transferred to Sipho. As a prize I have elected a Horse Riding Trip for us. On the 18th of October 2013 I confirmed with Kgomotso that we would like to book for the 30th of November 2013, he replied that he will do the booking on Monday the 21st October 2013. On the 31st I followed up to confirm the booking. Sipho advised that Kgomotso has left and he has taken over my file. He confirmed that he will look for my file and confirm the booking. I have bee emailing him daily and still no reply or confirmation. Secondly I have entered the competition a second time and again won a reward. I was called and promised that a form would be emailed to me, now two weeks later... nothing.
