I bought a duvet cover set thinking it is 25% off the marked price. When we got to the till the cashier told us that this duvet set is not reduced. We did not argue and paid the full price.
I went to the display unit where the 25% off sign was and this particular duvet cover was displayed at the bottom of that shelf where the sign was. I went back to the cashier to double check with her if she"s sure this duvet cover set is not part of the reduced ones. She just looked at me and ignored me and continued to attend to a customer.
I was shocked that she just ignored me. What type of service is this from a store like Boardmans. I walked away trying to find another sales assistant on the floor. My Mum went up to her after I walked away to also query the price she got annoyed at my Mum and rudely told my mum "I already told you the price, must i repeat my self again"
Seriously, ...? I always buy my linen from Edgars and seeing this level of service at Boardmans I definitely wont be going there again. This girl needs to learn about customer service and how to talk politely.
