We ordered a duvet cover set last year. We waited 4 weeks for the package to be delivered. When we received it, it was the wrong set that they sent. when we called them they said that they were out of stock and snet the other Duvet cover. We didn't want it and sent it back. we waited a month before they refunded us for the duvet cover set.
After all this drama we decided to give homechoice another chance. We ordered a duvet set last week and on Friday 25/01/2013 my husband received a sms that it was dispatched. We are still waiting for our order.
Why is everything taking so long. we really had a bad experience with Homechoice.
