I recently purchased a Queen COTTON BALL FIBRE DUVET INNER. When i say recently I mean about a month - 2 months ago. I only began using the duvet in the last 2 weeks however. Upon using it i noticed that it does not fit my Queen sized Duvet cover and could not understand why, until I measured the Duvet cover and the Duvet Inner last night. The Duvet inner is 195cm x 200cm which if I'm not mistaken is a double bed size duvet whereas the duvet cover was the standard Queen size. The duvet inner i purchased stated on the packaging that it was a queen size duvet inner.
I would like to return the Inner and get an actual Queen size inner. As I paid for a Queen size inner.
The only issue is I am struggling to find my receipt as I have just moved. How should i proceed in exchanging the inner??
