Hi peter please assist
i was offered a comforter set of which i was promised to receive a free duvet cover if i purchase on credit. however delivery was done but the free cover was not included. i received a letter from home choice advising me that they out of stock they will send the cover but now its already threemonths later no call nothing is happening and until now i have not received the duvet.
I tried calling their call centre several times and the consultants are so rude its not funny, i ask may self if they now or understand what is customer service. I WANT THEM TO COME AND COLLECT THIS COVER CAUSE I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THEY PROMISED ME A FREE DUVET..
according to NCA i know that if they don't keep their promise i am not reliable to pay them.
