Extremely dissapointing

I booked a overnight package for my girlfriend and her sister as a birthday gift, expecting them to have a good break and be pampered. Instead, this is what we recieved:
- On arriving there at 6pm, we were told that the reception was closed and that the room wasnt ready yet. After 45 mins, they were taken to their room, where the aircon didnt work, the toilet didnt flush, the towels were disgusting and stained, as well as the carpets.
- the following morning, breakfast was late, and when it eventually arrived, was completely unsatisfactory, with beans on toast, dry hard scrambled eggs and pink sausages.
- There seems to be one person in the entire lodge, and he has no idea of what is going on.
- on trying to check out, there was no staff to be found, again the reception was closed, and my girlfriend and her sister were there on their own.

This was the most dissapointing stay at any establishment I have ever experienced and will definately not go there again.
