Terrible customer service, poor value for money

My partner and I booked a one night's stay at this establishment. Upon arriving he staff at reception was so rude and disorganised. We waited in the queue for about 5 minutes before being attended to even though there were two people behind the front desk. The staff member who finally helped us, told us rudely that our room wasn't ready and we would have to wait.
At 2pm we requested to checked in, the lady at reception then told us we would have to wait as the previous guests had a late checkout and the room wasn't ready. When my partner enquired about a late checkout for ourselves, she then told him, she would have to check and get back to us, needless to say she didn't

At around 6.30pm we had a staff member screaming through passage "housekeeping". She then banged on the door and decided to let herself in unannounced. She had no respect for our privacy nor respect for any of the other guests. After she had left our room, she proceeded to bang on the other room doors!!

We then decided to go for dinner at the restaurant, I ordered a peppadew pizza. My pizza barely was bland and barely had any chicken. I did raise this to the manager on the duty who didn't seem to care.
