Beware of your personal belongings disappearing out of your room. I booked a one night stay at Shumba Valley Lodge, booked in at about 13:20, got ready for a wedding and left at 14:35.The next morning while packing I realised that a brand new bottle of Tommy Hilfiger was missing. Went to reception and they said that they can't access the Card system on their computers. The Manager phoned me on Monday and I once again asked for the entry times for our rooms. Two days later he gave me a call and said that the room was accessed at 13:20 (basically when my girlfriend checked in), then again at 00:20am, but we didn't leave the wedding until 02:00am, (and also have photos with time to prove it, so that could not have been us who entered the room), Then only the next morning when we left to check out. His explanation for this is that the Card systems for the doors are out dated and that the 00:20 entry was probably my girlfriend and I returning, but the other two times were spot on.
