I bought the MP3 player on the 24 April. It was delivered on the 14 May, but it was delivered with the wrong memory card. Ever since then I have been dealing with Dudu and she has been giving me excuse after excuse. And now she has just decided to simply ignore my email. I paid for this stupid thing R349 it doesn't even look like the product that was advertised. I want my money back please. I do not want his thing anymore. How long do you think customers can wait for products. You can be sure that this is he lat purchase I have made. I demand my money back. You are incompetent. And by the looks of all the complaints on this site. I could just kick myself why didn't I first read all this postings before making any purchases. People DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON DEALCLICK - THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND COME AND TKE YOUR STUPID CHEAP THING YOU CALL MP3 PLAYER.
