We have stayed there before and decided to go back as it was good value for money and very welcoming. After we arrived and checked in, the room was boiling hot, no aircon running, our toilet seat had urine on it. The coffee cups in the room were dirty. No effort was made to come and replace the dirty cups. The next morning no coffee or milk was replaced on the tray. We had no swimming towels in our bathroom to use at the pool as it clearly says on the brochure in the room. The power tripped everyday around 11.30am (only the plugs to the aircon units) and no aircon in the unit as advertised. Our breakfast orders were a mess, the bar fridge had almost no selection in it, the TV channels are a mess. All this for a wopping R1500 per night. I will never go back!
