When we arrived at 14:55 (check in is at 14:00) we were told that sorry our room was not yet ready and that we must please wait in the lounge area . 20min later our room was still not ready. After having to go back to reception and having to request that they please enquire whether our room was available still not and we must wait another 10 min. We eventually got a room - not our room. Then there was no towels at the pool we had to wait 25min after requesting towels twice. Also when we got back to our room and wanted to have coffee we found that there was no milk nor was there any creamer.
