Pavilion Hotel
Disgusting Service from Reception Staff

I booked into the Pavilion Hotel on Friday night the 08/11/2013 between 19:00 and 20:00, when booking In I received very good service, we then paid by debit card signed the necessary documentation and proceeded to our room which was Room 215, the following morning being the 09/11/2013 between 07:30 and 08:30, we proceeded to reception to check out. We were then very rudely greeted by the Reception staff, I was then interrogated by two young girls at Reception, asking me how did I pay for the room, I confirmed with the ladies in question I had paid for the room by debit card, they needed to see proof which I unfortunately mislaid. I was then again interrogated saying they need proof as they do not have any proof, they then sent a porter to the room in question to check in the bin and in the room for a slip, I also need to explain this has all happened in full view of all other visitors to this Establishment between the Reception and the Restaurant Areas. The porter thereafter came back to reception after checking the Bins but had found nothing. A few minutes later the second lady came up to me confirming she has found the speed point slip in her office, and confirmed I can leave.
