I arrived at the hotel to check in an requested not to have a twin bed room but only queen bed or single double bed and was given a room upon arrival the room had a horrible smell/ auroma and went to the reception to Inform the reception and the duty manager went with me to check the room and he said he will change the room for me and he said I must go up and remove my staff Iin that room an I went to remove my sfaff and came back to the reception and he gave me a key to. Another room and upon arrival on the room the room was so small with twin beds and went to find out why he is doing what he has done but he just went at the back of the reception and told the front desk staff they must tell me he is busy...
