Virgin Mobile Account Problems

In 2009 I settled my account with Virgin Mobile with an outstanding amount due of R307.00. I have the proof of payment. In 2011 I wanted to buy a house and on application of my bond the bank informed me that I had a bad credit record as I have a listing on Transunion form Virgin Mobile. I then went to the Virgin Mobile branch in Port Elizabeth with my proof of payment. The Branch Manager phoned the contact centre informing them that he has the proof of payment in his hands and that there was some sort of an error with my account. The Call Centre insisted that I Pay the R307.00 again. Desperate to get my name cleared I Paid the amount for the second time. I was then given a Letter stating that my account was then paid. In 2013 when requesting my credit report I was blacklisted again by Virgin Mobile. I then forwarded Transunion the x2 proof of payments of R614.00 and the letter stating that my account was paid. The Listing was then removed. Last week I received a payment final demand for from Virgin Mobile. I am truly at the end of my rope with this supplier.
