Month-to-month Contract NOT Stopped as promised

You call this service? Tried to cancel account 0827874321. Was told a over a year ago in-store to convert it to month-to-month, then it would automatically terminate after the contract was up. But Vodacom kept on billing me month to month for over a year. What a disgrace. What a poor service. Don't you think Vodacom should not bill accounts that have passed the contract term if they are NOT being used - or at least contact the owners of those accounts - to see if they are still required. Still had to wait 25 minutes in call queue for actaully what was a very "cool" operator. (Kudos to her) BUT - Money grabbing is a greedy look Vodacom. #ashamed
