Cartrack Warranty

My car got stolen in September 2023. It had car track installed from the time I bought the car in September 2021.

I took the car track package with the warranty where they would pay me R150 000 should they not be able to locate my car.

In the terms and conditions it states that I need to check the unit every 3 months. I was unaware of this at the beginning but once I was made aware of this I did the necessary checks. My unit was checked a few days before my car got stolen but car track refuses to pay the warranty.

Nowhere does it say it must be checked from inception or from installation date. If my unit was tested and it got stolen withing the 3 months of it being tested then how can they refuse to pay? Because there were unable to locate the car I just lost 2 years worth of installments and they refuse to pay me the warranty. What a rip off, I paid for a package where the warranty would be null and void in the first 3 months according to their interpretation of their terms and conditions. They took the money every month but did not inform me I'm paying extra for a service that won't actually be any benefit to me
