Hi, I am complaining again about your poor service I still do not have my cellphone back as yet, the iem number that I was given by your support personel does not relate to my phone, then I was given a repair number witch refers to a blackberry not an I-phone, i have phoned various people from your company and have had no feedback, i am now going back to the store to try and locate my phone--nobody seems to know? 2 months have passed since I filled the insurance claim and no response??? I have never expierencd such poor service anyware in my life-sorry for you guys
