BAD REPAIRS & SERVICE

On 1 July 2013 i had send my Samsung Galaxy S4 to the Vodacom Repairs Centre for a Security Wipe on my device. On the 10th of July 2013 i received my Samsung Galaxy S4 back from the Vodacom Repair Centre, fixed and working, but only on the weekend i realized that my WiFi is not working properly. On Monday the 15th of July 2013 i phoned Vodacom Customer Care and the Repair shop about the problem, at that stage no one was able to help me (this took between 1.5 - 2 hours), eventually someone phoned me back with a email address to the Repair Centre, and told me i must email them with my problem, and so i emailed them the same day. On Tuesday 16 July 2013 i received an email from the Repair Centre looking form my Job Nr or IMEI Nr of my Device which i emailed to the immediately. Today is 18 July 2013 and i'm still waiting for someone to come back to me, regarding my problem.
