Vodacom
Please be honest with me about my Blackberry!

I dropped my new lovely blackberry 9320 by accident in a cup of tea on 22.6.2013. I immediately wiped it off, dismantled it and put it in rice overnight. I then went straight to the Vodacom Repair shop at Century City on Sunday 23.6.2013 and explained honestly what happened and asked for it to be repaired please. I was advised my phone would go away for repairs, be assessed & my husband would be contacted via sms to keep us updated on progress and also with the payment quote/assessment. My Job number is 8966769-07428471.
My phone did switch on but the trackpad was not working. The lady serving me advised it would take 2-3 weeks to repair. My husband was emailed by Dowlene Remmits on 28.6.2013 with the disclaimer about water damage which my phone had & the cost of repairs of R475. My husband emailed her back and advised he was happy with the repair cost and she can go ahead with repairs please. On 15th July my husband Mr A Quinn was contacted again by her asking if he had signed the form and sent it to her. My husband advised her via email he had responded immediately to her mail on 28.6.2013 and forwarded his orginal email to her. I have called numerous times & no phone???
