This is my second complaint on the SAME issue. Even though I did get a response from a lovely lady from VODACOM who responded to my complaint on hellopeter, but as much as she tried to help, the outlet in Horison "still has no idea where my phone is or whether it was sent for repairs or not" therefore MY PHONE IS GONE. They will always "look into it and phone me back" which NEVER happens. I AM ON THE VERGE OF BREAKING THEIR DOORS DOWN. I am (luckily for them) an attorney myself - so let the games begin!!!
