I've handed in my Samsung Ace twice. First on 20 May 2013 and a software upgrade was done and I received my phone back on the 21st of May 2013. The problem I had in the first place occurred again and got so bad that I took it back to the Menlyn Repairs centre on 16 June 2013. They said they would send the phone to Samsung at Vodaworld. I gave an alternative number for them to contact me on, but I was never called or smsed to inform me of the status of repair or that my phone was ready for collection. When I phoned Menlyn they gave me the vodacare repairs number so that I could check on the status of my phone. I received the phone back on 25 June 2013 and was just told that a PC Board was replaced. The original problems are still persisting. I don't know if it is a samsung problem or a network problem because many family members with Samsung touch screen phones who are also with vodacom have complained about the same issue. I really don't want to be without my phone for a third time and then have the problems still occur and the problems are making my vodacom and samsung experience a bad one.
