MTN One, MTN Customer Zero

Upgraded my phone to the new BB Z10 and specifically chose a package with a decent data bundle, as well as signed for an additional data bundle to make sure the costs are in line with my budget. As a responsible consumer, I go and check my bill before the billing cycle closes to make sure I remain inside what I can spend, and LO and BEHOLD - MTN charges me for 354Mb of data, and on the SAME bill, show I've used 0Mb of my inclusive data...

Riddle me this MTN - should my inclusive data not be the first data that is used, then the additional data bundle purchased and ONLY THEN do you charge for additional data used? Or is there some unique, wonderful creative way that you bill customers just to make sure you them sideways?

I have another MTN contract that is being moved to another service provider this weekend, and this one will be moved the moment the contract expires. Pity I'm stuck with you for the time being...

(And this from a customer that has been loyal to you for over 10 years!)

And so much for logging a query on the MTN Active website - that is ignored with the contempt it deserves - how very dare I ask you to clarify an account query!
