My S4 was delivered to me on the 5th July. From day 1 it was faulty. It would switch of every night. I initially thought that there is some setting I needed to set to let it stay on during the night. On the 17th it completely shut down and didn't boot past the Samsung logo into the Android OS. I took it in for repairs at a Samsung approved centre, User Electronics, in Garsfontein. Hardly a day after repairs, it started again to shut itself off. This time even during calls. I emailed my complained on the 20 July 2013 and phoned FNB smartphones on the 22 July 2013 to complain and request for them to collect the device and give me a new one, I spoke to Sandile (REf: RT1307222787) whom confirmed that they will send someone to collect the device within 48 hours, on the 23 July 2013 Thato responded to my query by emailing me an invoice. My patience is running out and I would like a replacement. Your staff is asking me for contact details of your Samsung approved centre, I am so disappointed in the kind of service I am getting, call them and get an assessment report of the repairs yourselves.
