I handed my vodacom mobile device (Lumia 800) over for repairs at the Cresta Vodacom Repair shop, and I was told I should allow 48-72 hours for feedback.
This was on wednesday 3rd July and it is now wednesday 10th July, the only feedback i have received from vodacom is an sms on the morning of thursday 4th July to saying "Job number 8997608 is currently in the assessment process", nothing since.
I am unhappy with the level of customer service and if vodacom has no idea on how to fix their devices they rather not commit to a 72 hour deadline, I have not bothered to contact the cresta repair shop as i do not need to remind them of their commitment.
