Good day. Last night (28 november 2013) I went to draw money by ABSA ATM using my FNB Bank card but then it showed "insufficient funds" when i know i had money in my account so i thought perhaps theres an error on that atm so i went to an FNB atm in klipfontein road which again said insufficient funds but when i drew a receipt it said i have enough money in. Then i tgried again to withdraw money it then swallowed my card! but that time it didnt ask for a pin it asked for a CELLPHONE NUMBER! This morning i went to fnb branch in vangate mall and stated myy situation and the only things they did was giving me a new card that i paid R75.00 for and told me that my money was drawn at a location i never drew money at before. I would like to be refunded asap please.
