We visited Ushaka on 3 January 2024. After entering my pin and confirming with the cashier that he charged me for the correct entry he said he charged me incorrectly and that he cancelled the transaction. The amount of R1146 which was suppose to have been cancelled still went off my account. I have been sending emails to Amanda Mnyandu, speaking to Menzi and to Zimbali which is the manager of the finance department and yet nothing has been done.
Is this how clients gets treated? How many people do they do this to that just leaves it because they get tired of following up?? I want my money back
