Atms down, internet banking down

Im thinking of changing banks. Drew money on 30th, then needed to withdraw more on 31 October to be told that I had exceeded my daily withdrawl limit, having not drawn money that day. This on top of the fact that I had to go to 3 atms to find one that works. I tried phoning the call center to enquire about my issue to be asked for my card and atm pin number. I was not comfortable giving my pin number over the phone to anyone. Too much.

The week prior my mother had her card swallowed by a machine and spent 2 hours queing to get a new one and then being told after attemoting to draw money, that the card takes 24 hours to activate. Last time this happened, they froze all the cards linked to the account.
2 weeks ago my husbands credit card had charges going off for airline tickets he didnt buy. He had to have his card destoyed whilst they 'attempt to investigate' and he has to wait for a new card to be manufactured. Luckily we have a card from another bank and are still able to buy groceries.

I have now tried to go online to make my monthly internet payments to find that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. How am I to make payments on time?
I am disgusted.
