Disgusted with FNB!!!

Two weeks ago the Home Button on my iPhone 5 came off. Called FNB Insurance Device & was assisted by Deborah Temlett. She referred me to Paragon Computers who said that the phone was defective so it had to go back to the Manufacturer. FNB's warranty division then sent me to Apple, as the phone is still under warranty. Apple came back to me & confirmed that the home button was defective & that they were going to replace the phone as fixing it was pointless. However, only Apple or an AASP should perform service on an Apple Product that is still under warranty, which was not the case, & now my phone lost its warranty. FNB is now telling me that they will give me warranty through their supplier, I must pay R500 Access & they will fix the phone. Are you kidding me right? My phone lost its warranty because of ur incompetence! Apple was going to give me a replacement phone, and u want me to pay for a defective phone? I sent them an email & till now, I did not receive a response. I WILL LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT & I WILL CANCEL ALL MY FNB ACCOUNTS & NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE TOWARDS THAT DEVICE (WHICH U NEED TO GO COLLECT FROM iStore) UNTIL IT'S REPLACED! YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESPOND!
