On the morning of the 28 Oct 2013 I drew money from my credit card at a Standard Bank ATM. I waited a while at the ATM only for my card to come back out and the slip to say, communication lost, please try again. I then didnt get the money the 1st time. So i attempted it again. Second time I got the amount I drew. So I called the head office only for a lady to tell me "Mam it shows as if you drew the money" 1. If i did get the money I would have paid it back into my account and 2 I would not be making such a big deal about it. According to her I have to go to the police station and get an affidavit, and the whole process could take 45 days, by then I would have probably paid the card off. I dont see the necessity in going through all that PT and I did not get the money at the ATM 1st time round. Where is the client service in 45working days and sending me to a police station.
