One of my workers went to use a FNB atm in Klipfontein road hiedeveld on friday morning. The ATM swallowed his card and he then called the call center to cancel his card. On his way to the bank at Vangate mall he got a sms saying R3000 had been drawn a few minutes later a further R2000 and then a R1100 from farmfresh shop in Athlone. We called the FNB helpline (ref number RL13102516867) they told us to go to the bank we then did so and filled in the required form (after no body at the bank knew the exact forms. We then ourselves went to the store where the last transaction was made and got video images of the why could the bank not follow this up or inform the police his card was swallowed by YOUR ATM and he did call and block his card before the money was drawn???
