We submitted the electricity reading but it was never captured

Good day,

Is there anybody who actually works at the Ethekweni Municipality department to capture our electricity readings? Month after month, we submit our readings but they never get read. Then, we receive an astronomical bill of 15000.00. If not paid, our electricity will be cut off.
