No reply to my emails on my refund

I cancelled a flight with Kulula on 21 March 2013. I was told my return ticket would be refunded.

i am leaving the country and was told the refund has been requested and it would take up to 6 weeks. I called in to ask for feedback and was given 2 email address to email and ask for feedback. [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] I sent an email on the 3rd and 10th April and to date NO ONE has bothered replying???
