I applied for a refund on the 02 April 2013, ticket reference no JACKHC, this email together with a copy of the death certificate was sent to Nathan October. Despite sending numerous emails to him, I have received no feedback. When I call the call centre the excuse is always that there is a problem with his email. I spoke to him 6 weeks ago and he promised me that the refund had been processed and would reflect on my next credit card statement. I have received 2 statements since then, and there is no refund. I have even sent emails to your feedback email address, no replies either. On monday the 26th August i sent an email again to feedback and to Nathan, and still no reply. I would appreciate it if someone could please attend to this so that I dont have to waste any more time trying to get this matter finalised.
