Not for the first time, i booked a flight, and had to complete a section for payment details. The transaction went through and then the webapage refreshed and asked me again for some bank/credit card details.
In effect I paid twice for the same flight. Now [URL Removed] tells me that I will need to wait 24hrs - 7days
for them to return my monies. 2mins to take two payment, and potentially 7 days to refund 1 payment.
I received details of the flight via email. But it did not come from Kulula. It came from [URL Removed] Why would kulula send you an email. Or pass on your details to a 3rd party web itinerary hosting service, when clearly there tag line/pay line is to do everythinng online. Pathetic and 3rd rate way of operating.
