I booked a return flight for my daughter and I from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the phone with Kulula. When we got to Cape Town airport for our return journey, I was told that my daughter had been booked onto the flight three times. My visa card had been debited three times instead of once. Kulula gave me vouchers for the two duplicate tickets. When I got back to Johannesburg, Kulula's call centre told me I could either use those tickets in the next 6 months or get a tiny refund of what I had paid. I wrote an email saying I am entitled to a full refund -- It was entirely Kulula's mistake. I have no reply since 17 January, despite sending 3 emails.
