I booked a flight online with Kulula from PE - JHB return. A week before my flight i decided to change it to CPT instead. For some reason it could not be changed on line and i went to Kulula at the PE Airport. I ended up with Kulula head office and after a few minutes on the line i was promised my refund will be paid to me in 5 or 6 weeks. I asked if they needed banking details and they said no, they will pay in into the credit card it came from. In Dec i realised that i was not refunded yet. I phoned Kulula, ws promised to be phoned back and ended up phoning again and again. I ended up with a Roxanne and she gave me her email address [Email Removed] and asked me to send her all the details which i did. She is still waiting to hear from the refund department and i have emailed her numerous times. I don't believe this. Am i ever going to getting my money? This is not on.
